Like raindrops falling from the sky
Gently touching your skin and gliding along
Longing to be soaked into your brilliant being
Yet slipping off, unable to hold on to you...
Like early rays of a promising morning sun,
Beaming forth under mountain-high towering clouds,
Silent, like the evaporating night filled with feelings,
Touching the mourning eye, unable to catch you longer...
Like the vibrations of a roaring engine,
Waves of power running through our bodies,
While we look at each other racing down the pathways
Of life, roads that fly by, gone as soon as they appear...
Like the photon sparkle of a starry cloud
After billions of years of journey only stays for a moment,
So gentle, born out of the most powerful explosions,
We fell into each other, endlessly attracted.
Like the depth of the ocean in sparkling summer light
Glimmering with wonders of life, thrashing waves on a diver,
Bodies moving in synchronicity wherever we touch
Our minds alight by the stars of each other's inner world.
You have given so much and received so little
Though forever I plow to make every moment last.
When gratitude lights up your beautiful smile
Eternal happiness descends from your lips and reaches
The furthest parts of a cosmic mystery
That is our lives as we met
For a reason
